The brief

Dalya Cosmo Clinic is a laser, skin and aesthetics clinic in Ealing, London, bringing Australian techniques and medical-grade technology to a loyal, well-reviewed client base. The clinic wanted a website that did two things well: turn visitors into booked appointments, and sell its skincare range and gift cards online.

What we built

• A booking-first layout, every treatment, concern and call to action leads straight into online booking, which takes under a minute on a phone.
• Treatments organised two ways, by service and by skin concern, so visitors find the right option fast, with clear pricing on every page.
• Free consultation as the front door, new clients are steered to a free 20-minute consultation before any treatment, which suits how the clinic likes to work.
• Social proof up front, the clinic's Google rating and real reviews sit in the hero and throughout the site.
• Shop and gift cards, the clinic's skincare range and gift cards are one tap away, so the site sells online as well as filling the diary.
• Local search foundations, address, opening hours and the surrounding areas the clinic serves are built in so it can compete in local search.
