How long does a typical website project take?
Most websites and online stores ship in 4 to 8 weeks from kickoff. Bigger custom builds (member portals, multi-region stores) can run 8 to 12 weeks. We agree on the timeline before we start and stick to it.
Will I be able to update the site myself?
Yes. We build content management in for the parts you'll actually want to change — products, blog posts, team bios, treatment menus. We'll show you how to use it and write down everything you need.
Do you handle hosting?
We set everything up on modern, fast hosting (typically Vercel + Cloudflare) and document the access. You own the accounts. If you'd rather we handle hosting and updates ongoing, we offer a monthly care plan.
Do you migrate from Wix, Squarespace, or Shopify?
Often, yes. Most clients come from a template platform they've outgrown. We migrate the content, redirect the old URLs so your Google rankings carry over, and re-build with a real custom design.
Can you work with my existing brand and assets?
Absolutely. Many clients come with a logo and brand they love. We'll design the site around what you already have. If you need brand work too, we'll point you at trusted designers.
