• What exactly does a care plan include?

  Updates, daily backups, uptime and performance monitoring, security checks, and a monthly allowance of hands-on time for content changes and small improvements. Bigger projects get quoted separately, and plan time never sneaks into project bills.

• What happens if the site breaks?

  We find out fast, monitoring alerts us when something goes wrong, and fixing it is our job, not a new invoice. If a fix is bigger than the plan covers, you get a straight explanation and a fixed quote before anything happens.

• Do I really need a care plan?

  Honestly, not everyone does. A simple site that rarely changes can go without one. If your site takes bookings, sells products, brings in leads, or you just don't want to think about updates and backups, a plan pays for itself the first time something goes sideways.

• Can you take care of a website you didn't build?

  Usually, yes. We start with a quick health check of the site, fix anything urgent, document what we find, and then take over the routine care. If the site is in genuinely bad shape, we'll tell you before you commit to anything.

• How does billing work?

  A flat monthly price, no contracts, cancel anytime. If you cancel, everything keeps working and you keep all your accounts and access, because you owned them the whole time.
